  • Prior to joining Realty Executives Associates, Paul Cosse' served as President/CEO/Owner of Volunteer Realty (East Tennessee's largest real estate firm) from 1989 until 1998. During that time Volunteer Realty became the largest real estate firm in East Tennessee with over 360 agents and over $380,000,000 in closings. In 1998, Volunteer Realty was purchased by Prudential Hilton Head Properties.  
  • Paul Cosse' also served as President/CEO of Home Mortgage Brokers, Volunteer Realty's Mortgage banking subsidiary, from 1992 until 1998.
  • Prior to joining Volunteer Realty, Paul Cosse' was a Banker for over 15 years and served in leadership roles throughout his banking career. Paul served as Executive Vice President and Managing Officer of Security Trust Federal Savings Bank ( the 10th largest Savings Bank in Tennessee), Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings Bank, and Marketing Director of First Tennessee Bank.
